There is a CLI version, but only on linux (or WSL on windows) Not a service per se - notes are shared via provider such as dropbox, onedrive, etc.
Lots of internal keyboard shortcuts, I think they can all be reassigned. For better or worse, EN seems to be the mother sauce that other note taking apps can suck in. Export to enex as others suggest, and just try them out.
